Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options
Between 1 April 2012 and 23 April 2012 a total of 1 500 shares have been subscribed with the 2008B stock options (FI4000041512). As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Affecto’s shares will increase to 21 517 968.
The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 7 May 2012. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 8 May 2012.
