Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act notice is hereby given that Cobham PLC (England) has informed Thrane & Thrane that Cobham PLC controls voting rights on 2,843,241 shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, corresponding to 50.05% of the company’s voting rights.
Reference is made to Cobham’s announcement today, which states a.o. that the purchase of some of the shares is conditioned upon completion of the pending tender offer.
