BeesFree, Inc. Enters African Market


WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., May 7, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BeesFree, Inc. (OTCBB:BEES), a company that has developed an innovative solution (BeesVita Plus™) and a unique delivery system (the Beespenser™) to help honeybees avoid the effects of Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD), received a significant order for delivery in the Republic of South Africa.

This new order, which is subject to product registration and authorization from local authorities, calls for the company to deliver 500 Beespensers™ and 4,000 liters of BeesFreeVita Plus™ to Alpi Carniche Investment Ltd, an agricultural and services company active in South Africa and other nearby emerging African countries. The initial order is valued at over $270,000 with additional orders expected.
