The board of Seadrill has resolved to distribute an extra dividend of USD 0.15 per share and a regular dividend of USD 0.82 per share. The total dividend adjustment is USD 0.15. The scheduled Ex-date is May 22, 2012.
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust Seadrill in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NASDAQ OMX and Oslo Bors All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes 1.9.2”, rule 4.5.4.
