Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-05-16 09:10 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with the request made by Financial Supervision Authority, AS Ekspress Grupp has amended Management Board’s confirmation of the consolidated annual report. In the latter it is confirmed additionally that the consolidated financial statements give to the best of Management Board’s knowledge true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and results of the issuer and its group companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union and includes description of major risks and doubts (see annual report page 4). The amendments concern only the management’s declaration and there are no other amendments made to the annual report compared to the previously published version.
