(Pink Sheets:CPSZ), dba EZ Card & Kiosk, the industry leader in offering financial transaction services to the correctional and judicial markets in the U.S. since 2008, has entered into a strategic alliance with Police Central, Inc. (PCI), a law enforcement industry leader since 1997, specializing in Jail Management Systems and Records Management Systems for the Police, Sheriff and Corrections markets.
