DOWNINGTOWN, Pa., May 23, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of DNB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:DNBF), parent of DNB First, National Association, the oldest National Bank in the greater Philadelphia region, has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2012, to shareholders of record on June 11, 2012. The cash dividend will be paid on June 21, 2012.
