Increase of EBITDA-Guidance 2012 from 58 million Euro to 60-61 million Euro

Maintal, 24 May 2012

In today's meeting, the management board actualised the planning for 2012
to 2016, which includes the successful and dynamic start of the year 2012.

Based on this, we are now expecting a remarkable higher adjusted EBITDA and
therefore increase our full year guidance by a further 5% to 60-61 million
Euro.

Compared with the adjusted EBITDA of 52.6 million Euro in 2011, this is an
increase of ca. 15%

Our planning for the following years presumes comparable growth dynamics.
