OSHAWA, Ontario, May 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX-V:DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") is pleased to make the following announcement:

Mr. James Payne, CEO of Dynamic is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jay Freeman to the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

Mr. Jay Freeman is a founding partner if JJR Capital Partners, a Toronto based Investment / Merchant Banking organization. JJR Capital has successfully launched and participated in many public and private corporations, in both the resource and technology sectors, since its founding in 2001.

Prior to founding JJR Capital, Mr. Freeman worked at Scotia Capital (the investment division of Scotia Bank, one of Canada's largest financial institutions) where he obtained extensive experience in portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Scotia Capital, Mr. Freeman was engaged in the private practice of Law specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law. Mr. Freeman received both an honours degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law Degree, from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
