Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased an additional 430,998 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) during the period 28 May - 1 June 2012 at an average price of SEK 29.50. This represents 0.45% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 94,397,134.
