LOS ANGELES, June 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PartsChannel, Inc. today announced it has acquired Alliance Collision Parts, LLC., a company based in Indianapolis, Indiana that distributes automobile collision replacement parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
