Sweden has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Kontron AG, Eching, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 05, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 4,99% (this corresponds to 2777400 Voting Rights). These 4,99%
(this corresponds to 2777400 Voting Rights) are attributed via SEB AG,
Germany according to Article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
