Investeringsforeningen Spar Invest and Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest Value Europe Small Cap – Mergers, name change and matching halts
At general meetings in Investeringsforeningen Spar Invest the following mergers were adopted:
- Sparinvest Korte Obligationer 2010 (discontinuing sub-fund) and Sparinvest Korte Obligationer (continuing sub-fund)
- Sparinvest Mellemlange Obligationer 2010 (discontinuing sub-fund) and Sparinvest Mellemlange Obligationer (continuing sub-fund) and
- Sparinvest Lange Obligationer 2010 (discontinuing sub-fund) and Sparinvest Lange Obligationer (continuing sub-fund)
Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest Value Europe Small Cap
At general meetings in Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest Value Europe Small Cap and Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest the merger between the two funds was adopted. Investeringsforeningen Sparinvest is the continuing fund. Due to the merger, the sub-fund Sparinvest Value Europe Small Cap will be transferred to Sparinvest and the name of the sub-fund will be changed to Sparinvest Value Europa Small Cap.
The changes will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 18 June 2012. Thus, last day of trading shares in the discontinuing sub-funds is 15 June 2012.

Please notice that the continuing sub-funds below will be in matching halt on 18 and 19 June 2012.
