sec. 25 para, 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in Kontron AG, Eching,
Germany have exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on that day
and amounted to 5,26% (this corresponds to 2927400 voting rights)
calculated from following total number of voting rights issued being:
55683024. Instruments pursuant to sec. 25 WpHG: 0,27% (this corresponds
150000 voting rights), thereof indirect held:  0,00% (this corresponds to 0
voting rights). Voting rights pursuant to sec. 21, 22 WpHG: 4,99%
(corresponds  to 2777400 voting rights), Exercise period: every time until
