Correction of the notification (June 13, 2012)

On June 12, 2012, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 8, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.87% (this
corresponds to 2055840 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.87% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 2055840 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV.
