Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased an additional 2,125,887 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) during the period 11 June - 15 June 2012 at an average price of SEK 29.33. This represents 2.23% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 91,779,514.
