In a report released by financial services company J.P. Morgan, the HVAC market is expected to see 8.16 million residential replacements in 2012, up 18 percent from 2011. The report finds that the residential sector growth is a result of pent-up demand and projects that commercial sales will continue to rise upwards throughout 2012.
