Berit Lovring, CEO of Højgaard Holding since 2006, has announced that she wishes to resign by the end of September 2012 for personal reasons.
The board of directors has appointed Ditlev H. Fløistrup as the new CEO of the company from the 1 October 2012.
Ditlev H. Fløistrup is 54 years old and has since 1996 been employed as Head of Controlling / Senior Controller at Scandinavian Tobacco Group. Ditlev H. Fløistrup is state authorised public accountant and was from 1982 to 1996 employed as auditor at PwC.
The board of directors wishes to thank Berit Lovring for the working relationship and her contributions for more than 10 years, first as CFO and since CEO and look forward to welcoming Ditlev H. Fløistrup.
