The following information is based on a press release from Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC, NO0010112675) published on 22 June, 2012.
The shares in REC will be traded ex contingent rights in a possible subsequent offering as from today 22 June 2012. The offering will be directed only towards those of the Company's shareholders as of 21 June 2012 who were not invited to participate in the Private Placement. The subscription price is NOK 1,50 and the new total number of shares after the repair offering will be 777 738 493.
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and adjust REC in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMX Oslo 20 Index 1.2”, rule 1.4 Adjustments for Corporate Actions.
