At general meetings in Investeringsforeningen SEB Institutionel and Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest the merger between the two funds was adopted. Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest is the continuing fund. Due to the merger all sub-funds under Investeringsforeningen SEB Institutionel will be transferred to Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest and the names and/or short names of the sub-funds below will be changed.
The changes will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 27 June 2012.
