Auriga Industries A/S divests property company

Auriga has today signed an agreement on the divestment of the property company Auriga Ejendomme A/S owning a property in Taastrup. The day of handover is agreed to be on June 29, 2012.

With a carrying amount of DKK 102 million, the divestment of the property company will have a positive impact on liquidity of approx. 90 million and entail a loss for accounting purposes of approx. DKK 10 million to be recognised under net financials in Auriga's financial statements for Q2 2012.

Auriga Ejendomme A/S has no activities besides the ownership of the above-mentioned property and the surrounding undeveloped site in Taastrup. The property is currently rented out to Hardi International A/S, a former subsidiary in the Auriga group.
