On June 27, 2012, UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 22, 2012 and on that day amounted to
2.82% (this corresponds to 30625893 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.79% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 30358810 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
