On 26 June 2012, Mr. CHEN Guoping, People's Republic of China, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that his voting rights in Vtion
Wireless Technology AG have exceeded the threshold of 50% of the voting
rights on 22 June 2012 and amounted to 55.05% (7,980,000 voting rights) as
of that date.

All 7,980,000 voting rights are attributed to Mr. CHEN Guoping pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG via Awill Holdings Limited and
Sunshine Century Investment Limited, respectively; both companies hold more
than 3% or more of the voting rights in Vtion Wireless Technology AG.
