Wayne Curtis Named Publisher of ALM's Daily Report in Georgia


NEW YORK, June 28, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ALM, a leading provider of news and business information to the legal and real estate industries, today announced that Wayne Curtis has been appointed as the new publisher of the Daily Report, the only publication that offers comprehensive coverage of Georgia's legal affairs.

Curtis will oversee both business and editorial operations of the Daily Report and will report to Chris Mobley, ALM's group publisher for Florida, Georgia and Texas.

"Wayne has substantial experience in the business-to-business publishing industry and a proven track record in growing revenue and delivering profitable growth in professional markets," said Mobley. Prior to joining ALM, Curtis was a regional sales manager for Elsevier, where he had corporate sales management responsibilities in the Americas for the publishing company's online chemistry and pharmaceutical databases. From 1994 to 2005, Curtis held a variety of positions with Reed Business Information, including a three-year stint as a group publisher for the division's most successful magazine group and another three-year stint as vice president and general manager of Reed Construction Data in Norcross, Georgia.
