Skanska sells office property Bassängkajen in Malmö, Sweden, to Vasakronan for SEK 652 M


Skanska is selling the office property Bassängkajen in Malmö, Sweden, to
Vasakronan. The deal was conducted as a corporate transaction, in which the
purchase consideration was calculated based on a property value of SEK 652 M.
The transaction is recorded in the second quarter and the transfer is scheduled
to take place in the third quarter of 2012.
The property Bassängkajen is located on Universitetsholmen in Malmö. The office
property consists of seven floors with garage in the basement and comprises a
total of 16,200 square meters of leasable office space. The three largest
tenants are the Malmo University, Visma and Awapatent.

The office building is one of Scandinavia's first with a pre-certification at
the highest level, Platinum, according to the international environmental
certification system LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The
transfer will take place on September 28.
