Changes in Peab Group Management

Niclas Winkvist has been appointed Head of Strategy and Business Support, and
member of the Group Management. He will maintain his responsibilities for M&A,
and will now also take the overall responsibility for the Group’s strategy work,
which has earlier been shared by many others. Niclas Winkvist is 45 years old,
and has earlier been CFO for Peab Industri.
“The appointment of Niclas Winkvist directs focus on the important actions
within the strategy area, and I am convinced that Winkvist is the right man to
head this work”, CEO and President Jan Johansson says.
Mats Johansson, Executive Vice President with responsibility for Business Ethics
and Safety and Security, will leave his position in accordance with his pension
agreement. The responsibilities for these issues will be handed over to Director
of HR Tina Hermansson Berg.
“Mats Johansson has during his six years in the Group Management team continued
to develop Peab within many important areas, and I would like to thank him for
his contribution”, Jan Johansson continues.
The changes of the Group Management are effective as of July 2, 2012.
