On 28 June 2012 AXA S.A., Paris, France, informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that:

1. The voting rights of AXA Investment Managers S.A., Paris Défense Cedex,
France, has exceeded the threshold of 3 % in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, on 27 June 2012 and amounted to 3.12 %
(4,557,658 voting rights). These 3.12 % (4,557,658 voting rights) are to be
attributed according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the
WpHG.


2. The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, has exceeded the threshold
of 3 % in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, on 27
June 2012 and amounted to 3.14 % (4,586,981 voting rights). These 3.14 %
(4,586,981 voting rights) are to be attributed to AXA S.A. according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
