Thrane & Thrane A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 27 July 2012.
Thus, last day of trading shares issued by Thrane & Thrane on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen will be 26 July 2012.
The reason for deletion is that Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. has decided to redeem the shares held by the remaining shareholders of Thrane & Thrane A/S pursuant to Sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders of Thrane & Thrane A/S have therefore been requested within a four-week period expiring on 26 July 2012 to transfer their shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S to Lockman Electronic Holdings Ltd. through Danske Bank.
Last day of the 4-week period is 26 July 2012.
