threshold of 5% and on that day amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to
4,414,435voting rights).
4.99% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,414,435 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0.12% of the voting rights (this

On June 29, 2012 Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London,
UK, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 27, 2012
its voting rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold
of 5% and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 4,380,393
voting rights).
4.95% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,380,393 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
