Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Schweizer Electronic AG,
Schramberg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on July 05, 2012 and on that day amounted to 5.29% (this corresponds
to 200000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.29% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 200000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt
für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte.
