On July 06, 2012, TKH Deutschland Verwaltungs GmbH, Nettetal, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Augusta Technologie AG, München, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting
Rights on July 02, 2012 and on that day amounted to 63.44% (this
corresponds to 5516444 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, this
63.44% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5516444 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the company via TKH Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, TKH
Technologie Deutschland AG and Augusta Technologie AG.
Without apportioning the 843551 treasury shares held by Augusta Technologie
AG, the voting rights of TKH Deutschland Verwaltungs GmbH amount to 53.74%
(4672893 voting rights).
