The Board of Joint stock company “Grindeks” informs that today, on 13 July, 2012, according to the authority given by the Meeting of Shareholders on 19 June, 2012, basing on the tender results and upon agreement with the Supervisory Council, it has appointed “Deloitte Audits Latvia” Ltd (certificate number 43) as auditor of the Annual Reports of Joint stock company “Grindeks” for the year 2012, determining the remuneration for the auditor for audit of the Annual Reports of Joint stock company “Grindeks” for the year 2012 in the amount of LVL 18976 (eighteen thousand nine hundred seventy six lats), not including taxes provided by the legislative acts.
