On July 16, 2012, Baloise Delta Holding S.a.r.l., Bartringen, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on MOLOGEN AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the
10% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 8.66% (this corresponds to 1329845 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.07% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 931000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherungs-AG.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 8.66% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1329845 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via BASLER Versicherung Beteiligungen B.V. & Co.
KG.
