Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased an additional 400,000 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) on the 16 July 2012 at an average price of SEK 30.05. This represents 0.42% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will now be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 89,953,373.
