CONWAY, Ark., July 25, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.12 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 5, 2012, to shareholders of record August 15, 2012. This cash dividend represents a $0.04 per share, or 50%, increase over the $0.08 cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2011 and is a 20% increase over the cash dividend paid during the first and second quarters of 2012.
