Sandvika, July 27, 2012: The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) was held today, July 27, 2012, at 13:00 (Oslo time).
The minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting recording the resolutions made are enclosed hereto.
557,105,750 shares were represented at the meeting, corresponding to approximately 55,9 percent of the share capital.
Further to the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting issued on July 6, 2012, the Extraordinary General Meeting approved, as follows from the minutes, all resolutions as proposed by the board of directors.
