In accordance with section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Novozymes hereby announces that it has been informed that Baillie Gifford & Co, together with its wholly owned subsidiary Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, has increased its holding of B shares in Novozymes to 7.82%, previously reported at 7.71% (an increase of 0.11%).
