MMRGlobal 2nd Quarter Momentum Led by New Personal Touch Service

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 30, 2012) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR") today announced that the Company has ended the second quarter with significant momentum from Personal Health Record products and services sign-ups as a result of the launch of its Personal Touch Concierge Service and the success of its Rapid Revenue Program. Personal Touch is a new, enhanced service offering designed to simplify the process of setting up a MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record (PHR). Subscribers to Personal Touch are provided with their own credentialed health professional who functions as a Personal Assistant authorized to collect and organize a subscriber's medical records and personal health information and populate them in a MyMedicalRecords account. The Rapid Revenue Program, announced in May this year, targets national pharmacy chains, mass merchandisers, visiting nurses, caregivers, patient advocates, hospitals and medical supply companies as sales channels for the Company's patented MyMedicalRecords PHR products and services.

Personal Touch (www.mmrpersonaltouch.com) is the first comprehensive offering of its kind and opens the door to providing other enhanced concierge medical services to consumers. It costs more than the standard MyMedicalRecords membership and requires a one year subscription, however, even with the additional cost, price does not appear to factor in as a deterrent to those wanting the service. Personal Touch will also be offered as an upsell to MMR's existing base of over 500,000 members who have access to the MyMedicalRecords service along with affinity users from membership organizations, including AIG/Chartis, in advance of national mandates requiring that consumers have access to and maintain a PHR going into effect in 2014.

Robert H. Lorsch, MMRGlobal Chairman and CEO, said, "People understand the importance of having access to their medical records, however, it's important to set up an account before a medical emergency or disaster occurs. With Personal Touch, we provide the professional expert to set up an account to make sure individuals and families are always prepared. Then, using the Company's patented technologies, it's easy for members to maintain their PHR by simply asking for a copy of their medical records each time they visit a healthcare professional."

In the first two weeks of marketing Personal Touch, the Company's landing pages were converting visitors at nearly 20% of which 5% are converting at significantly higher costs and margins. A recent campaign on the importance of PHRs by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology underscores the importance of having a Personal Health Record in numerous stories like this one available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msBYOYYeHPw&feature=em-share_video_user.

When a consumer signs up for Personal Touch, MMR obtains signed Authorization Forms that allow its credentialed health professionals to collect Personal Health Information for the subscriber and family members. The health professional contacts doctors and hospitals to collect the member's medical records and other personal health data as requested. Personal Touch is designed to meet the very specific needs of individuals and families who see multiple doctors across their continuum of care. In addition to access to a health professional, subscribers to MMR's Personal Touch service enjoy the same features and benefits that all subscribers of MyMedicalRecords can benefit from, including the system's proprietary Emergency Login available to first responders in an emergency. Personal Touch health professionals do not collect or have access to financial, insurance and other personal documents that can be stored in the MyEsafeDepositBox portion of a subscriber's MMR account.
