BRFkredit a/s Spreads the Refinancing of Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans
BRFkredit has decided that the refinancing of adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) loans is to be moved from 1 October to 1 April.
The changes take effect during Q3 2012, and cover the majority of new offers for adjustable rate mortgage loans. Existing and new adjustable rate mortgage loans offered prior to the changes are still to have their interest rate adjusted on 1 January or 1 October.
In connection with moving the refinancing of adjustable rate mortgage loans, BRFkredit will offer existing customers with refinancing on 1 January a free of charge conversion of their loans to refinancing on 1 April. Customers will be contacted during Q4 2012.
