Green EnviroTech Holdings, Corp. Appoints new in-house Counsel to their Waste Plastic & Tire to Oil Division


RIVERBANK, CA, Aug. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (GETH) (OTCPinks: GETH) announced today that Michael Riley, an experienced transactional and corporate attorney, will join the company as their in house counsel for the GETH Waste Tire and Oil Production Division.

Mr. Riley has practiced law for over 25 years in the field of mergers, acquisitions, and litigation, served on numerous corporate boards and held the position as Chairman of a two billion dollar financial services group.  Mr. Riley holds a J.D.
