The Forrester Wave also noted how cloud IAM has the potential to: 1) support the rapid adoption of cloud apps; 2) reduce capital expenditures on IAM and the cost of staff to support it; 3) enable regulatory compliance as the enterprise extends its ecosystem; and, 4) support advanced fraud detection capabilities. Forrester rated each by scoring the strength of vendors' current offering, strategy and market presence.
