Ad hoc Release: Catalis SE capital increase has been completed

Eindhoven, August 9, 2012 - Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider for
the digital media industry announces that it has completed its recent
capital increase for cash from authorised capital. A total number of
1,551,608 new shares have been placed with private and institutional
investors. The expectations were not met, as a result of difficult
conditions in the capital markets, especially the unsatisfactory
development of the share price.

During the period from July 12 to July 25, 2012, shareholders of Catalis SE
were entitled to subscribe for up to 12,615,366 new shares of the company
at an issue price of EUR 0.10 per share. Through this capital increase, the
company's share capital rises from EUR 5,487,172.00 to EUR 5,642,332.80
divided into 56,423,328 shares at a nominal value of EUR 0.10 per share.
The proceeds from this transaction amount to approx. EUR 0.16 million.
