First to File Annual Customer Service Survey Reveals 92% of Respondents Are Highly Engaged and Satisfied Customers

More Than 80% of Respondents Would Recommend FTF to Their Peers


SAN MATEO, Calif., Aug. 14, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First To File® (FTF), a leading provider of SaaS-based IP management technology, announces today the results of their annual Customer Service Survey. The survey revealed that 92% of respondents are highly engaged, regular users of FTF's system and are satisfied customers. Of the professionals that took the survey, 82% reported that First To File's IP-specific features help them successfully accomplish their tasks.

Representing over 20% of First To File's customer base, the survey respondents ranged from attorneys and IP professionals to clerical staff and IT specialists. Attorneys and IP professionals were the primary respondents, with 36% being attorneys and 34% being IP specialists or paralegals. The survey also uncovered that the majority - 65% - of respondents use FTF on a daily basis and 81% would recommend the system to others in their profession.

"Product features" and "product management (listens to my needs and delivers it)" were the two most common reasons that people cited for their satisfaction. When asked what they would like to tell First To File executives, common responses included: "useful product", "moving in the right direction/happy with FTF", "great personnel", "listens to us and gives us what we need".
