MGAC Completes Project Management Services for the W Seattle

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Aug 17, 2012) -  Mark G. Anderson Consultants ("MGAC") recently completed project management services in the renovation of the W Seattle's 5,500 square foot ground-floor commons area and restaurant, which created an exciting new 'living room' and dining space for guests. As a lifestyle brand, the W prides itself on the quality and comfort it provides its clients, and this just-finished expanse more than meets their standard.

The new 80-seat restaurant, TRACE, and the 10-seat sushi bar merge seamlessly into the organic flow, while the open floor plan allows guests easy access and plenty of space in which to unwind. A sleek, stainless-steel-clad fireplace anchors the living room, and the repositioned bar glimmers with a Sensitile acrylic countertop featuring embedded lights. Specialty subcontractors and vendors were called in to execute the multiple unique finishes and details. The overall effect is bold and inviting.

Construction was accomplished over a 12-week period, and all efforts took place while the hotel remained fully operational.
