Rautaruukki's financial disclosures and Annual General Meeting 2013

Rautaruukki Corporation Stock Exchange release 23 August 2012 at 1pm EEST

Rautaruukki's interim report for January-June 2013 will now be published on 8
August 2013 instead of on 18 July 2013 as announced earlier. Other dates
announced on 18 June 2012 for the disclosure of results in 2013 remain
unchanged.

Rautaruukki Corporation will publish its financial statement bulletin for 2012
on Friday 15 February 2013. The full financial statements 2012 will be published
during week 9.

Rautaruukki Corporation's Annual General Meeting will take place in Helsinki on
Thursday 21 March 2013.

Rautaruukki will publish its interim reports in 2013 as follows:
Interim report 1-3/2013: Thursday 25 April 2013
Interim report 1-6/2013: Thursday 8 August 2013
Interim report 1-9/2013: Wednesday 23 October 2013

The financial statement bulletin for 2012 and the interim reports will be
published at approximately 9am EET/EEST. Rautaruukki observes a silent period of
21 days before the disclosure of results. During this period, the company does
not meet capital market representatives, comment on the quarter concerned or
report on matters relating to the company's performance.
