On 30th of August 2012 SKAGEN AS and SKAGEN Kon-Tiki verdipapirfond,
Stavanger, Norway, informed us about a correction of the notices dated 11th
of August 2009 and 27th of August 2012:
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'), SKAGEN
Kon-Tiki verdipapirfond, Stavanger, Norway, notified us on 30th of August
2012 that its percentage of voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG,
Stadastr. 2-18, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed the threshold of 3 % on
4th of August 2009 and amounts to 3,01 % (1.769.272) on that day.
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'), SKAGEN
AS, Stavanger, Norway, notified us on 30th of August 2012 that its
percentage of voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Stadastr. 2-18, 61118
Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed the threshold of 3 % on 4th of August 2009 and
amounts to 3,01 % (1.769.272) on that day. Of these voting rights, 3.01 %
are to be attributed to SKAGEN AS pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.

Kon-Tiki verdipapirfond, Stavanger, Norway, notified us on 30th of August
2012 that its percentage of voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG,
Stadastr. 2-18, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed the threshold of 3 % on
24th of August 2012 and amounts to 0,59 % (349.622) on that day.
Pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'), SKAGEN
AS, Stavanger, Norway, notified us on 30th of August 2012 that its
percentage of voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Stadastr. 2-18, 61118
Bad Vilbel, Germany, crossed the threshold of 3 % on 24th of August 2012
and amounts to 0,59 % (349.622) on that day. Of these voting rights, 0.59 %
are to be attributed to SKAGEN AS pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
