The shareholders of Lindab International AB (publ) are hereby invited to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 2 pm (CET) on 16 October 2012 at Grevieparken, Grevie, Sweden.
The notice includes a proposal for determination of the number of board members and deputies as well as election of the board of directors.
Registration for the Extraordinary General Meeting begins at 1 pm.
