On 07 September 2012, the percentage of Threadneedle Investment Funds
ICVC's voting rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and
amounted to 5.25% (1,673,664 voting rights) as per this date.


2.) Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, United Kingdom 
On 07 September 2012, the percentage of Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited's voting rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and
amounted to 5.25% (1,673.664 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights 5.25% (1,673,664 voting rights) are attributed to
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

The voting rights were attributed to Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited from the following shareholders, holding each 3% or more of the
voting rights in NORMA Group AG:

3.) Ameriprise Financial Inc., Minneapolis, USA
On 07 September 2012, the percentage of Ameriprise Financial Inc.'s voting
rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded the threshold of 10% and amounted to
10.82% (3,445,924 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights 10.82% (3,445,924 voting rights) are attributed to
Ameriprise Financial Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.


4.) Columbia Wanger Asset Management LLC, Chicago, USA
On 07 September 2012, the percentage of Columbia Wanger Asset Management
LLC's voting rights in NORMA Group AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounted to 3.84% (1,223,755 voting rights) as per this date.
