NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of NeurogesX, Inc. NeurogesX, Inc.'s stock was suspended on June 29, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of CD International Enterprises, Inc. CD International Enterprises, Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 11, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of Valence Technology, Inc. Valence Technology, Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 16, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of ATP Oil & Gas Corporation. ATP Oil & Gas Corporation's stock was suspended on August 29, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced today that it will delist the common stock of Shiner International, Inc. Shiner International, Inc.'s stock was suspended on September 06, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
