SimCorp A/S – Share Buyback Programme

On 11 September 2012, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.


In connection with the programme SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 74,5m) in the period from 12 September 2012 to 26 February 2013.
